Information We Collect

TapMoan is designed to work without creating an account. Core soundboard features run locally on your device.

• Account data: We do not require account registration.
• Core interactions: Taps, shakes, haptics, and sound playback are processed on-device.
• User-created clips: Created only when you use optional Record Mode and save/export/share by your own action.
• Game Center: Used only if you are signed in to Apple Game Center and choose to use leaderboard features.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personal profiles for core app usage.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use ad SDKs.
• We do not perform cross-app tracking.
• We do not require access to contacts, photos, or location for normal soundboard use.

How the App Works On Device

TapMoan is a reaction soundboard app featuring funny reaction sounds (cartoon, meme, and anime style). It is positioned as non-explicit entertainment and does not require NSFW content to function.

Core features (sound packs, tap/shake reactions, and haptics) work locally on-device.

Record Mode and Shared Clips

TapMoan includes optional Record Mode powered by Apple ReplayKit. ReplayKit clip capture is user-initiated: recording starts only when you explicitly enable it.

Exporting or sharing clips is also user-initiated via iOS sharing controls. Exported clips may contain app visuals and app audio generated during use.

TapMoan does not automatically post or transmit your clips in the background.

Game Center

Leaderboard functionality may use Apple Game Center. If you use Game Center, related account and gameplay data are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

Analytics

By default, TapMoan does not include third-party tracking for advertising or cross-app profiling.

If diagnostics are used in future releases, they will be limited to app quality and stability and will not include ad tracking.

Third-Party Services

TapMoan may rely on Apple platform services for optional features:

• ReplayKit (optional user-triggered recording)
• iOS Share Sheet (optional user-triggered export/share)
• Game Center (optional leaderboard features)

Legal Basis (EEA Users)

For users in the EEA, our processing is based on:

• Performance of the service: on-device processing needed to run core app features.
• Your consent/action: when you choose optional features such as recording, sharing, or Game Center usage.
• Legitimate interests: limited app security and reliability maintenance, where applicable.

Data Retention

Most app activity is on-device. Locally saved clips remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.

TapMoan does not maintain a user account database for core reaction functionality.

Children’s Privacy

TapMoan is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the app, contact us and we will review the request.

Your Choices

• You can use core features without creating an account.
• You control whether to use Record Mode.
• You control whether to export/share clips.
• You control Game Center usage through Apple sign-in settings.
• You can remove local app data by deleting clips or uninstalling the app.
